a death, terminal illness
or permanent disability."

The Professional Advisory Team (PAT) is a group of dedicated professionals, assembled to assist the public safety personnel
families throughout the State of Arizona who experience a
death, terminal illness or a permanent disability.

 

The Professional Advisory Team (PAT) Includes:

  • The Administrator of the Public Safety Retirement System.
  • A member of the officers or fire fighters association when appropriate.
  • A representative of the officer or fire fighters agency.
  • A representative of the employees benefit section.
  • An attorney (liability and probate, labor, Social Security, Workmen's Compensation and long term disability specialties).
  • A Certified Public Accountant.
  • An Insurance Specialist.
  • A Financial Consultant.
  • A Trust Officer (if possible).
  • A benefits representative of the employee's agency.
  • Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS) Representative
  • The Executive Director and Past President of the "100 Club of Arizona".
  • A Survivor member.
